The May General Membership Meeting will be Thursday, May 17th at
Nemoe's Tavern & Grill at the
corner of Peachtree Parkway and Jay Bird Alley (opposite Technology Pkwy) in Norcross.
This restaurant was previously Slocum's, and is a bit below the roadway
surface. Turn Left onto Jay Bird Alley, and then left into the parking
lot.
Note that this is a new location for this month
only. Next month we will probably return to the 5 Seasons at the
Prado.
Our speaker this month will
be James Dennison who will talk about knots and demonstrate other
marlinspike activities
Social hour and dinner begins at 6:00pm with the meeting beginning about 7:15pm.
Please remember that one of our membership initiatives this year
is the "Power of One." You are encouraged to bring guests to any and all
Squadron events. Also, please be sure to wear your name badge!
